A BetPro account is the record behind your login: balance, bet history, limits, status and the dealer responsible for it. This guide explains how an account is opened through a dealer, what activation means, what each status tells you, and what you can and cannot change afterwards.

What is a BetPro account and how do you open one?
A BetPro account is created by a dealer in the BetPro Exchange panel and tied to a username, the BetPro ID. You open one by sending a dealer your name, preferred ID name and WhatsApp number. The account starts in a pending state, becomes active when your first deposit of Rs. 500 or more is confirmed, and from then on holds your balance, bets, limits and transaction history. There is no self-service sign-up; the dealer is both the registrar and the cashier for the account.

Going live
How does a BetPro account get activated?
Creation and activation are two different moments, and knowing that saves confusion. When we create the account you can log in immediately, look around and see the markets, but the balance is zero and the status reads pending. Activation happens when your first deposit is matched to the account.

Ask for the current receiving account in your chat, pay from Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or your bank, and send the transaction ID.

We match the payment
The transaction ID is checked against the receiving account. On a match the balance is credited, usually within 5–15 minutes, and the status flips to active.

Account is live
You can place bets, and withdrawals become available once any first-deposit rollover condition is met.
An account that receives no first deposit within 24 hours of creation is marked inactive by the system. This is not a penalty and nothing is lost; message us when you are ready to deposit and we reactivate it. Do not ask for a second account to “fix” an inactive one.

What do the BetPro account statuses mean?
The status line answers most “why can't I…” questions before you ask them. The detailed fixes for each, including what to send us for a review, are on the account status help page; this table is the quick reference.

One thing neither side controls is the outcome of a bet. Nobody at BetPro ID Dealer can see the result in advance, adjust odds or “fix” a losing slip, and anyone promising that is lying to you. BetPro account questions
What is the difference between a BetPro account and a BetPro ID?
The ID is the username and password. The account is everything behind it: balance, history, limits and status. You get both together; the distinction only matters when diagnosing a problem (login issues are ID problems, status issues are account problems).
How do I open a BetPro account in Pakistan?
Through a dealer. Send your name, preferred ID name and WhatsApp number, receive the login, test it, then make a first deposit of Rs. 500 or more to activate the account. The whole thing takes about 10 minutes.
Does a BetPro account cost anything?
No creation fee and no running cost. The only money involved is your own deposit, which becomes your playing balance.
Why does my new BetPro account say pending?
Because the first deposit has not been confirmed yet. If you have already paid, send the transaction ID in your chat; matching normally takes 5–15 minutes. If you have not paid, the account will stay pending and become inactive after 24 hours.
Can one person have two BetPro accounts?
Not as a player. Duplicate accounts are one of the main causes of suspension, and both accounts can be frozen during review. If you want to manage accounts for other people, request a Master ID.
Can I log in to my BetPro account on this website?
No. This is a dealer support site, not the exchange. You log in on the BetPro Exchange website or app using the link we send in your chat. Never enter your ID and password on a site that is not the exchange.
What happens to my balance if I close the account?
Withdraw it first. Closure is processed after the balance is zero and no bets are open. If you have an unmet rollover from a first-deposit offer, tell us and we will explain the options before you decide.
Is my BetPro account the same on the app and the website?
Yes. One account, one balance, one history. Logging in on the app does not create anything new.
