The word “ID” causes confusion because people use it for three slightly different things: the username itself, the whole account behind it, and sometimes the dealer relationship that created it. In practice you do not need to separate them. When you ask us for a BetPro ID you get a username, a temporary password, an account that activates on your first deposit, and a dealer who answers for that account afterwards. Do I have to deposit before I receive the ID?

Can I change my BetPro ID name later?
No. Usernames are permanent on the exchange. If you need a different name you would need a new ID, and running two active IDs for one person can trigger a duplicate-account review. Choose carefully the first time.
What if my BetPro ID shows inactive?
A new ID that has not received a first deposit within 24 hours is marked inactive automatically. Message us in your original chat; we reactivate it when your deposit is confirmed. Do not create a second ID.
Can I have more than one BetPro ID?
One Client ID per person is the rule. Multiple IDs used by the same person are a common reason for suspension. If you want to create IDs for others, ask about a Master ID instead.
