The same ID and password work on the BetPro Exchange website and in the Android app; there is no separate app account. Take it from your dealer chat or the bookmark you saved after a successful login. The exchange changes domains occasionally; an old bookmark can land on a dead or hijacked address.

Usernames are case-sensitive on some panels and never contain spaces. Autocorrect loves to capitalise the first letter; check it.

Troubleshooting
Why is your BetPro login not working?
Work through these six checks in order. Each takes under a minute, and together they resolve almost every login failure we see.
2. Username typo
Symptom: “invalid credentials” on the first attempt. Fix: compare letter by letter with the message in which you received the ID. Zero vs letter O and 1 vs l are the usual culprits.
3. Password changed or reset
Symptom: the password worked last week and not today. Fix: if you did not change it, stop guessing and request a reset through us; repeated wrong attempts trigger a temporary lock.
4. Account inactive or suspended
Symptom: login succeeds but you see a status message, or login is refused with an account notice. Fix: this is not a password problem. Message us for a status review.
5. App outdated or installed from the wrong source
Symptom: website works, app does not. Fix: update or reinstall the app from the source we sent; clear its cache; check Android WebView is updated.
6. Network or ISP block
Symptom: nothing loads on mobile data but works on Wi-Fi, or vice versa. Fix: switch networks, turn off private DNS, try a different browser. A VPN is normally not needed inside Pakistan.

A useful rule: when the app fails, log in on the website first. If the website works, the problem is the app installation, not your account, and the app guide has the reinstall steps. If the website fails too, the problem is the link, the credentials or the account status.

BetPro admin login and master login
Searches for “BetPro exchange admin login” usually come from two groups: people who hold a Master, Super Master or Admin panel, and players who think the admin page is a different way in. If you are a player, you do not need the admin login; your Client ID uses the normal player login. If you hold a panel, your admin or master login is a separate address and separate credentials issued with the panel, and the same six checks apply. Panel credentials are never shared with players, and we never ask for yours; if a panel login fails after a password change, request a reset through the same channel the panel was issued from.
Admin login pages are a common phishing target
Fake “admin login” pages collect panel credentials and drain downlines within hours. Only open your panel address from the message in which you received it or from a bookmark saved after a verified login.

What do I use to log in to BetPro?
Your BetPro ID (the username issued by your dealer) and your password. Not your phone number, not your email. The same pair works on the website and in the Android app.
Where is the BetPro Exchange login page?
At the link your dealer sent you. The exchange has used more than one domain over time, so the safest source is always your dealer chat or a bookmark saved after a successful login. Avoid links from groups, Facebook comments or search ads.
Why does the correct password not work?
Usually a hidden typo, a trailing space from copy-paste, Caps Lock, or a password that was reset. Check it with the eye icon, try once more, then request a reset instead of guessing repeatedly.
What happens after too many failed attempts?
The panel applies a temporary lock, typically 15 to 30 minutes. Wait, then try once with the correct password. If you are unsure of it, use the reset process.
Do I need a VPN to log in from Pakistan?
Normally no. If the site does not load on one network, try another before using a VPN. Using a VPN to appear in a restricted country can breach platform rules.
Can I log in on two devices at once?
Yes, but a second login can end the first session on some panels. Avoid leaving yourself logged in on a shared phone.
Why does the app work but the website does not, or the reverse?
Because they are different clients to the same account. If one works, your credentials and account are fine; the failing one has a local problem: an old link in the browser, or an outdated or cache-corrupted app.
Is there a BetPro login for iPhone?
Use Safari or Chrome with the website link. There is no official iOS app. Anything in the App Store or sideloaded claiming to be BetPro should be treated as fake.
Can support log in for me to check the problem?
No, and you should not want them to. We diagnose from your screenshot and the panel side. Nobody needs your password to help you.
