BetPro Wallet (BPExch Wallet) Explained
“BetPro Wallet” and “BPExch Wallet” confuse more people than any other part of the platform, because the Wallet is not where your betting balance lives. It is a separate dashboard, with its own login, used to raise deposit and withdrawal requests. This page explains what it does, when you need it, how it relates to your BetPro ID, and how to use it without mixing up two sets of credentials.

What is BetPro Wallet?
BetPro Wallet, also called BPExch Wallet, is a web and app dashboard where a player can submit a deposit request with payment proof, submit a withdrawal request, and see the status of each. It does not hold your betting money. Your balance is always in your BetPro ID on the exchange; the Wallet is simply a structured way to tell the dealer side “I have paid, please credit me” or “please pay me out”. It uses its own username and password, which should never be the same as your BetPro ID password. Most of our players never need it, because the same requests are handled in their WhatsApp chat.

The most common mistake is typing the BetPro ID password into the Wallet login, failing, and then assuming the betting account is broken. They are different doors. If your bets and balance are in question, that is a BetPro ID matter; the BetPro account page covers statuses and activation.
Using it
How does the BetPro Wallet work?

Register a Wallet profile
Sign up on the Wallet site or app with a username, a password and your WhatsApp number. Use a different password from your BetPro ID.

Link it to your BetPro ID
Enter your exchange username so requests are credited to the right account. A request made under the wrong ID is the top cause of “deposit not showing”.

Submit a deposit request
Choose the method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank), pay to the account shown, upload the receipt and transaction ID. Minimum Rs. 500.

Submit a withdrawal request
Enter amount and payout details. Minimum Rs. 500. Rollover conditions from any offer still apply.

Track the status
Pending, approved or rejected, with a note. Approved deposits appear in your BetPro ID balance; approved withdrawals arrive in your wallet or bank.
If you are already in a WhatsApp chat with us, keep using it. One conversation holding your ID, deposits and withdrawals is easier to audit than two systems. Use the Wallet if you prefer a dashboard with history, or if you manage several transactions a week.

BetPro Wallet app download and login
The Wallet has its own Android APK, separate from the BetPro Exchange app. The same source rules apply: take the link from your dealer chat, not from search results or groups, and review the permissions it asks for. A payment-request app needs internet and the ability to attach a screenshot; it does not need SMS, contacts or accessibility access. Wallet login problems are handled through the Wallet's own password recovery, not through a BetPro ID reset.

Safety
Wallet-specific risks to avoid
- Reusing your BetPro ID password for the Wallet (one leak then opens both)
- Uploading a receipt that shows your full wallet balance or other transactions; crop it
- Submitting the same deposit twice when the first request is still pending
- Installing a Wallet APK from a link that arrived from a number other than your dealer chat

Is BetPro Wallet the same as my BetPro account?
No. The Wallet is a payment-request dashboard with its own login. Your betting balance and bets are in your BetPro ID on the exchange.
Do I need the BetPro Wallet to deposit?
No. You can deposit entirely through your dealer chat: pay, send the transaction ID, get credited. The Wallet is an optional alternative.
Why does my BetPro password not work on the Wallet?
Because the Wallet uses separate credentials. Register a Wallet profile or use its recovery option. Your BetPro ID is unaffected.
Where is the BetPro Wallet app?
A separate APK, available through your dealer. Do not download Wallet apps from search results or groups.
How long do Wallet requests take?
The same as chat requests: deposits typically 5–15 minutes after verification, withdrawals 15 minutes to 24 hours.
What is the BPExch Wallet withdrawal limit?
Minimum Rs. 500. The maximum per request depends on your payout method; Easypaisa and JazzCash have daily receiving limits, bank transfers go higher.
My Wallet deposit shows approved but my balance has not changed. What now?
Check that the Wallet is linked to the correct BetPro ID. Then message us with the request reference; a mis-linked request is fixed in minutes.
