Getting started
What is a BetPro ID?
The username and password a dealer creates for you on BetPro Exchange. With it you log in on the website or Android app, deposit, bet and withdraw. There is no public sign-up; every ID comes through a dealer.
How do I get a BetPro ID in Pakistan?
Message us with your name, preferred ID name and WhatsApp number. You receive the login in about 3–5 minutes, test it, then deposit Rs. 500 or more to activate.
Is creating a BetPro ID free?
Yes. No creation fee, no renewal, no hidden charges. The first deposit is your balance, not a fee.
Do I need a CNIC or any documents?
No. No CNIC or KYC for a Client ID. We never ask for identity documents, OTPs or PINs.
How old do I have to be?
18+. Betting involves financial risk; only use money you can afford to lose.
Is this the official BetPro website?
No. BetPro ID Dealer is an independent dealer service with a panel on the exchange. We are not the platform operator.

Accounts and types
What is the difference between a BetPro ID and a BetPro account?
The ID is the login; the account is the record behind it (balance, history, status). You receive both together.
Which account type should I ask for?
A Client ID if you want to bet yourself. A Master ID if you want to create and manage players and earn commission. Super Master and Admin are for larger networks and need approval.
Can I have two BetPro IDs?
Not as a player. Duplicate accounts are a suspension reason. If you want to create IDs for others, request a Master ID.
Can I change my BetPro ID name?
No. Usernames are permanent. Password and WhatsApp number can be changed.
What does a Master ID cost?
There is no public package price. Terms (float, commission, settlement, limits) are quoted in writing before any payment.

Login, password and app
What do I use to log in?
Your BetPro ID and password, on the link your dealer sent. The same credentials work on the website and the Android app.
My BetPro login is not working. What first?
Check the link is the current one from your dealer chat, check the username for typos, try the password once more with the eye icon, then switch network. If the website works and the app does not, reinstall the app.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Message us from your registered WhatsApp number with your username. After a quick verification we issue a temporary password; you then set your own. No OTP is involved.
Where do I download the BetPro app?
From the APK link in your dealer chat. It is not on the Play Store. Refuse SMS, contacts, accessibility and device-admin permissions.
Is there a BetPro app for iPhone?
No. Use the website in Safari and add it to your home screen.
Why does BetPro not open today?
Most often a blocked or changed domain. Try another network, then get the current link from your dealer chat. Your account is unaffected by domain changes.

Deposits
What is the minimum deposit?
Rs. 500 by any method.
Which payment methods can I use?
Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank transfer, NayaPay, SadaPay. Confirm the receiving account in your chat before every deposit.
How long does a deposit take to show?
Usually 5–15 minutes after you send the transaction ID. Bank transfers at night or on holidays can take longer.
Is there a deposit fee?
Not from us. Your wallet or bank may charge its own transfer fee.
My deposit is not showing. What now?
Check your wallet history for a successful status, then send the transaction ID, amount and your username in one message. Do not send a second deposit.
How does the first-deposit offer work?
Standard (Client) IDs get 15% added to the first deposit of Rs. 500 or more. At least 50% of the first deposit must be used on events before the first withdrawal. Terms can change; confirm on WhatsApp before you deposit.

Withdrawals
What is the minimum withdrawal?
Rs. 500.
How long does a withdrawal take?
15 minutes to 24 hours. Mobile wallets are fastest; bank transfers outside banking hours are slowest.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
Not from us.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
Usually it is inside the normal window, the first-withdrawal rollover is incomplete, open bets are locking the balance, or the payout details were wrong. Send one follow-up with the request details after the window has passed.
Can I withdraw to someone else's wallet?
Possible, but we recommend an account in your own name for your own protection.
Is a withdrawal guaranteed?
A correctly requested withdrawal of available balance is paid within the stated window. Winnings themselves are never guaranteed; betting involves loss.

Account status
Why is my new account pending?
The first deposit has not been confirmed yet. Deposit and send the transaction ID.
Why is my account inactive?
No first deposit within 24 hours, or a long idle period. Message us; it reactivates on deposit.
Why can an account be suspended?
Duplicate accounts, prohibited VPN use, bonus abuse or manipulation. Request a review with an honest explanation; do not open another account.
Can I close my account?
Yes. Withdraw the balance first, then ask for closure in your chat.

Security and support
What will support never ask me for?
Your password, any OTP, wallet or bank PIN, remote access, CNIC for a Client ID, or payment to release or verify anything.
How do I spot a fake dealer?
They want money before giving you a login, ask for OTPs or PINs, promise instant unlimited withdrawals, and contact you from numbers that change. Real dealers do none of these.
How do I contact BetPro ID Dealer?
Through any button on this site, which opens WhatsApp, or by email at support@betproiddealer.com. Support is 24/7.
How do I make a complaint?
Use the complaints page. Complaints are reviewed by someone other than the agent handling your chat, with a stated timeline.
Are BetPro and BPExch the same?
Yes. One platform, two names. One ID and balance work on both.
Is online betting legal in Pakistan?
It is not licensed and sits in a legal grey area. Domains are periodically blocked. Read our Risk Disclosure before you deposit.
