How do you reset a BetPro ID password?
BetPro Exchange has no “forgot password” email link for players. If you still know your password, change it yourself from the profile menu after logging in. If you have forgotten it, message your dealer from the WhatsApp number registered to the ID, give the username and a couple of verification details, and the dealer issues a temporary password from the panel. You log in with it, then set your own. The process normally takes under ten minutes.

Forgot it, or just mistyped it?
Before you request a reset, spend one minute ruling out the easy causes, because a reset invalidates the password you may have almost right.
Probably a typo if
- It worked yesterday and nothing changed
- You are pasting it from a note (trailing space)
- You are on a new keyboard or Caps Lock is on
- You have two similar passwords and are unsure which
Request a reset if
- You have tried twice carefully and it still fails
- You received a password-change notice you did not trigger
- The temporary password from the dealer is not working
- You suspect someone else knows the password
Repeated wrong attempts lock the account temporarily and can trigger a security review. Two careful tries, then reset.

Message from the registered number
Use the WhatsApp number the ID was created with. That number is the main proof that the request is yours. If you no longer have it, say so; there is a longer verification path.

Send the username and context
Your BetPro ID, roughly when the account was created, and the last deposit amount or method if you remember it. Do not send any password, old or new.

Answer one or two verification questions
We may ask for the name on the request, the approximate last login, or a redacted screenshot of a past deposit confirmation. This protects you against someone resetting your account using only the username.

Receive a temporary password
Issued from the panel and sent to the registered number only. It works once; use it promptly.

Log in and set your own password
Go to profile or settings. Choose 12+ characters you use nowhere else. Avoid names, phone numbers and “betpro123”.

Confirm and secure
Reply that you are in. Log out of other devices if the option exists, and update any password manager entry.

How to change your BetPro password yourself
If you can log in, you do not need us. On the website or app, open the account or profile menu, choose Change Password, enter the current one, then the new one twice. Some panels log you out after a change; log back in with the new password to confirm it took. Do this on the day you receive the ID and any time you suspect exposure.
Rules for a password that survives
- At least 12 characters; a short sentence works better than symbols you will forget
- Unique to BetPro: never the same as email, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank
- Never stored in a chat, screenshot or shared note
- Changed immediately if you ever typed it into a page that turned out to be fake

Edge cases
What if you no longer use the registered WhatsApp number?
This is the hardest case, and it is hard on purpose: the number is your identity for the account. Tell us the old number, the username, when the account was created, and as many past transaction references as you can find in your wallet history. We cross-check against the panel records. It takes longer than a normal reset, sometimes a day, but it is possible. Update the number on file as soon as access is restored.
If someone else changed your password
- Do not keep trying to log in; that can trigger the lock while the intruder is inside
- Message us immediately with the username and “unauthorised change”
- Change your WhatsApp and email passwords; that is usually how the attacker got in
- Check your phone for recently installed APKs and remove anything unfamiliar
- Once restored, review the bet and transaction history for anything you did not do

Password reset questions
Can support see my current BetPro password?
No. Passwords are stored in a form nobody can read back. We can issue a new temporary one; we cannot tell you the old one. Anyone claiming to “retrieve” your password is lying.
Can I reset my BetPro password through WhatsApp?
Yes, that is the normal route. You message from the registered number, verify, and receive a temporary password. The request happens on WhatsApp; the password itself is set by you inside the account afterwards.
How long does a BetPro password reset take?
Usually under ten minutes when you message from the registered number. If the number has changed, allow up to a day for the longer verification.
Do I need to send an OTP to reset my password?
No. No OTP is involved in a BetPro reset. If anyone asks for one, they are trying to take over your wallet or WhatsApp, not help you.
Will I lose my balance if I reset the password?
No. A reset changes only the password. Balance, open bets and history stay exactly as they were.
Can someone reset my account using only my username?
Not through us. Verification is tied to the registered WhatsApp number and account details only the owner knows. That is why you should never share that number as “your BetPro number” publicly.
Can I reuse my old password?
You can, but you should not, especially if the reason for the reset was possible exposure. Choose a new one.
Should I send a screenshot during a reset?
Only if asked, and only a cropped one showing the error or a past deposit confirmation with balances and other details hidden. Never a screenshot containing a password or OTP.
